Nice looking, but, 1) why tables for layout, 2) you might want to run it through validator...

The design is good and interesting, BUT all these tables? Do you like them? Think about the accessibility and the search engines. Your menu is suffering from dividitis. God created the {menu}. I think it's all a question of floating and clearing.
