Having trouble with a clients site but cannot figure out what it is. (first time working with cmsms)

When logged in (in some modules like the module manager on the picture) texts are missing from buttons etc.
Guessing this has something to do with the language-files, but they are all there what i can see.

Anyone have a clue?

Upload with errors, most likely. Or, permissions.

So what do i do?

Which files/folders need permissions to be able to read language files?
