If I understand correctly you first made some templates, and then assigned one of those templates to all the pages you created?
Typically there is no 'UNDO' button in CMSMS. In fact, I think there isn't one in any online CMS...
So, if you want to assign another, or the original template to your pages, you have to do this by hand.
(Or, if you made a backup of the database before you made the changes, you could restore it...)
