I like both sites,

the only complain I have is this: http://optart.pl/uslugi/#sub
If you click on »Oferta« or »Realizacje« on a big screen nothing happens. First I thought they these links were real subpages.

Hel-Tour sounds a little bit like Hell-Tor  ;) {Hel-Tour to troche brzmi jak Hell-Tor  ;)}

Thanks for opinion, submenu was meant to carry just internal links, but you're right - it can be confusing on some pages. We'll have to think about redesign of this element.
