TinyMCE disappeared after 1.7 upgrade [SOLVED]

Hello there-

I recently upgraded to CMSMS version 1.7 from version 1.6. I followed instructions on how to upgrade and everything worked perfect except that I lost the ability to use TinyMCE as my WYSIWYG editor. It appears the TinyMCE is loaded, but the toolbars are not showing. I've researched this forum and also followed the "Help" within the module. I've already done the following with no success:

1. Re-uploaded all of the TinyMCE files (several times) to the modules directory ensure there was not issues during file transfer.
2. Ensured that both the "modules" and "TinyMce" folders where CHMOD to 755.
3. Ensured the check box was selected within the "User Preferences" to use TinyMCE as the WYSIWYG editor.
4. Switched to Static Config Option then made the "tmp" directory writable.
5. Using TinyMCE version 2.6.5 which came with version 1.7
6. Ensured the "Turn WYSIWYG" check box is selected on all pages.

I've also attached a screen shot of what the editor looks like (partially loaded). You can see that the toolbar is not visible but it displays the content in html format.

Any suggestions?

Uninstall, delete directory, reinstall. If not, then static config file.

Uninstall the entire upgrade and try it again? I've already tried deleting the TinyMCE directory several times then re-uploading the original files.

I've also tried the static config option as indicated in my previous post. Should I try again if I completely remove all files then re-upload?

No just the module. Ok, I replied without reading your post because I have seen this a hundred times and uninstalling module or static config would solve it. Try also deselecting and selecting it in user preferences. If not, you have a bigger problem.

Now I briefly read your post. Well, sounds like you will need to dig in. Debug?

Thanks for your help. So what I did was un-install the Module (TinyMCE) and then re-installed and it works perfectly now.

Thanks for your help!
