Not sure what happened but I contacted my hosting and they said they had to change some server settings.

I'm getting the following error when I try to edit a page content:
it seems to be only when I tried to add a link or when I try to add HTML into the content area.Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /beta/admin/editcontent.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
