Formbrowser - Fatal Error

Hi all,

I have searched the CMSMS forums and the outside world for an answer for this and I can't understand whats going on! Relating to the issue, I have:

FormBrowser 0.3
FormBuilder 0.6.1

The problem i've got is that when I installed the two modules, I have attached the FormBrowser to the Advanced Contact Form that is pre-loaded into the system. Then when I click the Administer icon in Formbrowser, the information pops up (as it should) that a user has entered into the form.

I have now slightly modifed this, in the fact that I have added some text input fields and changed the names of some of the labels for the previous fields and now when I go back to formbrowser, I recieve this error:

Code: Select all

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: simplexmlelement in /FormBuilder/FormBuilder.module.php on line 330
Has anyone encountered this error with formbrowser?

I have there is a simular error that has been asked about on the forum that related to the fact you need to add the 'Store Results for FormBrowser Module v.0.3' field into the form and it will work but, as stated before, this all worked up until i added some text fields.............

I am confused  ??? ??? ??? Any help will be greatly appreciated  :)

Mark

UPDATE
------------

I tried (again) to set the form up which worked all fine until I attempted to enter information into the form. Formbrowser has decided to come up with the same error as soon as I pressed submit.

To make sure Formbrowser was ok, I went through adding each field of the form abd each time, checking to see that the formbrowser came up with the error but all was fine until i submitted a test........

Any idea's folks????????  :(

Thanks,

Mark
