I just wanted to kindly ask if there will be a MLE 1.7 in the near future.

I have to set up a new site this month and of course I'd like to use the most recent cms version.
But I need MLE functionality. So I would be forced to use 1.6.6 instead... which is of course not ideal...

So thanks a lot for your answer and your hard work. It's really appreciated!

If new release depens on me i would say  CMSms-mle-fork 1.7 will not be released for two weeks at least.

General Question:
If I used normal cms 1.7 to set up the site with only one language. Would it be possible to (easily) upgrade to mle 1.7 later, once it is released? Or would this cause any problems?

Standard procedure upload corresponding diff file or all package. And then set languages.

Can we just subscribe notification to this thread to get advised when mle 1.7 will be available?

Ok, so I guess in fact there won’t be a MLE 1.7, right?

There will be a Version 1.7.1 or 1.7.2, but no 1.7, correct?

As I mentioned earlier I installed 1.7 for my client and told him, he has to wait for the MLE Module for 2-3 Weeks, because the developers told me so. So is there any chance for me to keep my promise to my client? Or do I have to tell him, that we have to find a different solution? (Like upgrading the CMS and hoping for MLE 1.7.2, or using a different Multilang-Solution)

Is there an “official” plan regarding mle-development?

Please don't be mad, I have another stupid question. I need the 1.7-Version but I don't know what "svn" means... where exactly can I find MLE 1.7??

Mmmh. I don't see 1.7 there. I see 1.7.1, but that's not what I'm looking for. Preciura said there would be

But I don't know where that is...

CMSms-1.7-mle-fork was not released because 1.7.1 was on it way with bunch of bugfixes. Try 1.7.1 unless you know it is not compatible to some of your modules. Personally i do not remember any module that is works in 1.7 and not 1.7.1.

If you need 1.7 - PM me - i will email you CMSms-1.7-mle-diff (it is 180kB).

Ok, I see. I allready installed CMSMS 1.7 (not MLE) and I changed some files and configured the whole thing. My goal is to keep all that. You mean I can just install the MLE 1.7.1 DIFF over a normal CMSMS 1.7.

Yes. you can use diff. diff is a set of files that are different or absent on regular CMSms.
After files are overwritten you have to add languages.

I'm so sorry but I want to be super-sure... So I can realy use the diff MLE 1.7.1 for normal cmsms 1.7.
