I am trying to upload FormBuilder into my CMSMS site.

My Module Manager does not appear to be working, under its section I am geting this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/modules/ModuleManager/ModuleManager.module.php on line 364


I do have the 1.2.1 version, but am confused as to why when I go to find the latest 1.3.1 version I see a lot of people are using that I cannot find that file.

A search on the website only shows this version which appears to be only a 1.0 file:

Yeah, did you notice the site was down for about an hour or so...
we're experiencing technical difficulties.

Is that why the manager is not working? You not me?

If so, I can just wait until later ... I thought it was something I needed to do on my site.

Once you are back up, how do I get it to reconnect again?
