2 sites to upgrade / 2 sites à mettre à jour [closed]

I have 2 sites to upgrade:
- my own, from version 1.5.3
- the one of a customer, from version 1.0.2 8-/
Mine is hosted by www.ovh.com (France) (unix/linux hosting)
My customer's is hosted at www.webhost4life.com (windows hosting)
A later step would probably be to migrate my cutomers's site to OVH.
Ideally, I'd like to have a fixed price offer from somenone with serious references. I do not want to take any risks.
My site would be the 1st to go, then my customer's, after he agrees my offer...
Please send me a private msg, and I will give you the sites details and my email address to send offer + references.
I really want to have a real pro on the subject, and ideally speaking french.
