IE8(SOLVED) & Opera 10.10(REMAINS) problem

Hi,
Have a screen formatting problem with IE8 as well as Opera (next to IE6 and 7, but hey).
The search input field is positioned next to the label "Search" and therefor over-flowing the size of the defined block.
Opera does it consistantly wrong where IE8 has one exception, http://www.duran-audio.com/index.php?page=download , but then does something wrong at the right side of the page.
FF , Google Chrome and Safari does fine.

Any ideas how to solve this?
Any suggestions with regards to IE6, IE7 and the horizontal menu would be great too since my statistics tells me there still a vaste number of these around....
IE8 behaves well after moving {process_pagedata} just before {metadata}. Opera still not OK
