Profile access

Hi,
I use my site for a sports club.
I wonder now if there is a module or something that can be used (without using a forum) for
members of the club to use a login  system and update or modify their membership data (adress, phone, email etc.etc).
With the database, it would be nice to export database to excel or csv.

Does this exist or is it possible to write?

There is a module called "Frontend Users" that allows members to sign in. Having never used it before, I'm not sure what type of profile information it keeps, or if it's editable by the users.
