I am using form builder 0.6.1.

I like to make a form in which the user can choose to whom he sends the mail.

Example:
- Using a drop down list, the user selects a recipient
- Then he entered his data
- And click on "send"

Depending on the choice in the dropdown list, e-mail will be send to the person.

Is this possible and if so, how?

Yep,

this is possible. Use the "Email results based on pulldown".
