A client ask why the Next link on a page was missing. I noticed the Previous link was missing on the next page. I figured out that there was an in-active page between them.
Any Ideas?

Update This accrued on a client's Godaddy account. My sites on RachSpace are OK.
I am using a default template ncgray with a few modifications to the images. I tried clearing the cash but the problem persist. I tried activating and de-activation the pages and I get the same thing. I moved the pages to the end of the list and everything is OK on the front end.
Now that I know this not a wide spread issue I will not worry about it.
