Including eBay-API in CMSMS

Has any one experiences in using the eBay-API ?
I would like to sell some items from my CMSMS homepage using the eBay-API.
Do you know any tools which can be imported/recoded to be used as module with CMS made simple ?
P.S.
My language is german, therefore i would like to use the german eBay.
