DownloadManager Have a thumbnail preview?

I'm testing out the DownloadManager Module. I think it's going to work pretty well for my needs, however I would additionally like to upload an associated thumbnail image with the download file.
For example, you could download and eps of a company logo, but additionally there is 30 x 30 thumbnail gif of the logo to click on, rather than just the file name somefilename.eps
Is this possible?
