File manager - upload files and it logs user out?

CMSMS 1.6.6
A client of mine is having problems with file manager - I just upgraded the TinyMCE to the latest version as this was preventing the file manager from working correctly before.
Now when they upload a file, every now and again it kicks them back to the admin login screen.
Any ideas?
