Slow Admin - Global Settings Warning - siteprefs.php

I have a slow admin and I suspect this warning under Global settings might have something to do with it.
302 and 304 under site prefs have to do with language.
My system install shows:
default_encoding:
utf-8
admin_encoding:
utf-8
Warning: asort() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /home/content/g/s/f/gsflycaster/html/GSF-CMS/admin/siteprefs.php on line 302
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/g/s/f/gsflycaster/html/GSF-CMS/admin/siteprefs.php on line 304
Anyone have a clue as to why the warning or a slow Admin?

CMS Made Simple 1.6.6
With all of the Calguys e-commerce modules functional.
