theme design

Hi
I need some help with a theme for one of my clients. I have downloaded one of the free themes but there are some issues with the menu and it just doesn't look "polished"
Would like to receive proposals from people that can design a new theme with similar colours to the one in use. I would like to see a mock up please or some examples of other work you have done.
