Is this possible?

Hi there.
I've been using CMS Made Simple for quite some time now, mainly on basic websites.
One of my clients asked me if it was possible to add an e-commerce solution to their site, which I told them it was. I've tried using the Products module (and the associated modules that are needed), but I just couldn't get it to work the way I needed it to, and the stress given to me by the client prevented me from learning how to use it properly.
With the client breathing down my neck, and threatening to take to job away from me, I needed another solution.
So I've installed an external e-commerce solution, and I have got the design of the shop to match the main website.
What I was wondering was if it was possible to somehow include the navigation from the CMS Made Simple website in the template for the shop. At the moment, I have got the links hard coded into the template, but that means that if I add a new page to the main site, I would have to then hard code the new link in the shop.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
