Hi and welcome 
Access to ImageManager/FileManager:
"Users & Groups" -> "Group Permissions" -> checkbox "Modify Files"
uploading..
"Content" -> "File Manager"
and embedding videos
With TinyMCE:
"Extensions" -> "TinyMCE ... " -> "Plugins"-Tab - Ceckbox "media" - save.. then "Profiles"-Tab and insert "media" somewhere in your toolbar. This will create a media-icon where you can insert flash, shockwave, wmv,...etc..
