Started wiki article on Backup and Restore

I dislike the fact that the documentation is so vague on the backup and restore process, since this site's documentation is otherwise written from the standpoint of "you don't need to be an expert if you just follow this quick guide".
Backing up is only vaguely described in the upgrade section, without going into any specifics. I cannot find anything on doing a bare metal restore.
As I've heard in the past from other people "it's a wiki, so edit it". Okay, so here is my first stab at it. Definitely not complete, and I am sorry but I am not an expert (yet) and so some of this I don't know. Someone else please expand on it and add info that it is missing.
