Why plain text is display in other pc under localhost?

Can you give more specifics? Is one computer hosting the site and you are trying to connect to it through another computer? If this is the case, change your server address from 'localhost' to it's IP address. 'localhost' is only correct for that one computer. If you try to reference files (like stylesheets), localhost means something different to each computer.
