How can I create gateways?  I dont really understand how this works.  There doesnt seem to be a lot of help with it.

I have purchased the manual from Duketown to find out more but that does not explain either.

Basically I want to create a Google Checkout gateway.  I know how Google Checkout works and have setup many e-shops with it (using a different CMS), it's just I dont know how Payment Made Simple works with gateways

Copy gw.PayPal.php and make changes.
Refresh in the administration part the list of gateways and allow administrator to change parameters (if any).
