I am a total beginner with CMSMS.
All installed well and works well except for the fact I get about 25 lines of

Warning: Parameter 1 to cms_module_Lang() expected to be a reference, value given in N:\usbsync\xampp\htdocs\websites\cmsms\lib\classes\class.module.inc.php on line 2154

above the web page.
I am testing on Xampp on my computer. I have it on an external USB drive. Is this a problem?
All tests show a green tick

Variations of this message appear on the web page as well.

I have re-installed, no change??

Am I missing the obvious here? No one else seems to be having this problem so it must be my set up.

Is this a total default install or have you made any changes, you may be missing some lang files have you tried reuploading all folders/files to be sure?...

I will try again from download to finish.

In the mean time I have installed Xampp 1.7.3 in the root of my D drive. Re-done the whole installation and got the same result.
I have made sure I saved config correctly (all data and not text).
Read a whole lot of stuff on the web. De-installed from the D drive and am back on the USB drive.
Two others I am testing work OK on the USB drive (Website Baker and C5), but CMSms looks to have a better community and add ons and I would really like to get this up and running so I can try out developing templates for this.

I have now re downloaded the 1.6.6 base.
The problem is gone.
I just get no file uploaded but I will work on this.

OK Got It It works!!
The download was some how corrupted.
Down loaded again and installed worked like a dream!!
