help wanted - technical side of my website as I need to get working on content

looking for someone to edit style sheets, graphics, logos, placement, text, etc on my website. I have spent far too much time tring to figure out the scripting side and I really need to focus on content.

I see 22 views..and no takers.
I have the logos, just need them placed and oriantated. Need my Headed changed a bit. Need help setting up photo albums, placement and such. standard editing stuff.. no ground up logo designs...
