Podcast help!

I have installed the podcast mod, created podcast folder in uploads, uploaded a mp3 and placed the podcast tag on my home page.
i need help with the pod cast config:
do i place the path of the site that hosts the podcast ie the path to the home page? or to something else?
Also, when i go to a podcast program to subscribe, what path do i need to put in? path to home page, or to something more specific?help!
