Help wanted for radio website. Paid

Hi
We currently use cmsms on our site but we are in need of a developer to bring the site up to scratch after being let down by someone who developed/ DJed for us.
We require a new calendar based Schedule, DJ blog/news (which shows on the DJ page and into the home page news/blog), Gallery, Show tracklist section, Show archive system integration (we have a solution I just need help hooking it into cmsms) and some integration into our radio automation (mainly some basic csv outputs for scripts to read).
I'm thinking of making use of FEusers for DJ logins/management and CGCalendar for schedule displays etc.
Once we have the basics down we would like to re-skin the site and look into more features so there may be future work with me and our designer.
We would really like to get moving with this project as it has been stalled for a while now and I just don't have the time to learn and do it all myself.
We are London based so anyone in UK or Europe based would be ideal in terms of time diff.
