Please help!

A client has been pasting text from MS Word into a CMS MS site using the paste as plain text button on the WYSIWYG editor and there's a lot of span tags with style information and random looking code. Has this caused the following error?

[Thu Dec 03 12:17:56 2009] [error] [client 212.219.221.98] PHP Warning:  fopen(/var/www/html/sites/shootingstar-pr.co.uk/www/tmp/cache/contentcache.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/html/sites/shootingstar-pr.co.uk/www/lib/classes/class.contentoperations.inc.php on line 556, referer: http://www.shootingstar-pr.co.uk/admin/ ... d=34&page=

Now the site isn't working properly and the images aren't displaying, etc.

Can anyone tell me how to get the site working again?

I would check the system info page first to see if it has any yellow ! or red X...

But yes the pasting from word part can have strange results but mostly on the front end and if you try to validate it...
