Most likely it comes from the metadata edit box in the global defaults which you can change, to get page specific put it in page options tab metadata edit box...

Do you have this set in your template?
Move it to your pages and make each unique under 'Page Specific Metadata'.

Just go to a page you want to edit, and then to the second tab, called 'options'. There you'll find a textbox where you can add page specific meta-data.

I guess I should just delete my previous post as they obviously didn't read it, and they wonder why forum moderators/helpers get so frustrated...
FYI: don't forget to put them in standard metadata format, not just plain text...
