CMS Made Simple Forums

The site I am building is at http://eb5northerncalifornia.com/ I used the CSS Nav that comes with the latest CMSMS build. I want the the parent links on the nav bar to either be dead links, not linking to any page but still in the menu or, I want each parent link to link to the first child link page instead of to its own page. How can I do this?
