Module works only local

Dear reader,
I have made a new module. On my own Windows PC with 'Easy PHP' the module works great.
When I upload the module to the Linux Webserver I can't instal it. The module isn't visible in the Admin Module Tab.
I'll hope somebody can help me.

Does your module have "install" method? Did you exported module to xml file? Will you post it to forum ?

Yes I will post my module on the forum. The problem is the file size 670KB to big for this forum.
Is there another way to send a file.

The module Prinsengerucht-1.0.xml is placed on my windows live sky-drive
http://cid-9777215d136240bd.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Openbaar/Prinsengerucht-1.0.xml
Chose to save the file to the local drive.
