Help with CMS needed here.

I dont know if this is the right place, but I have a question. I dont know if this is a noob question or not but here it goes.
Website: http://midnight.blogdns.com/
1) At the top of my websitewebsite it says, CMS made simple with a blue background. I want to change that in Midnight for example and the blue into something black.
2) ALso it says 1.6.6 with on the right side, how do i remove those?
