CMSMS 1.6.6 Speed

Just wondered if anyone else's site seems a lot slower since upgrading to 1.6.6 or whether it's just a server issue??

I have checked server load graph - there is no signs of 1.6.6. being slower than 1.6.4. or 1.4 or 1.2.5

Not sure if it was the Calguys updates but just went 1.6.5.1.6.6 and it is HORRIBLY slow.
