[SOLVED] FormBuilder reinstallation issue

I am working with
CMSMS 1.6.5
FormBuilder 0.5.12
FormBrowser 0.2.3
As seen in this unsolved post: http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 875.0.html for some reason I cannot send an email and store my data in FormBrowser - it is either one or the other.
So I thought about reinstalling FormBrowser. When I attempted to do so, it appears under Modules, but when I click it, it only takes me to the CMS Admin home page. If I try to reinstall it, it says it is already installed.

UPDATE:
I had to uninstall and remove FormBrowser since it was a dependent, then I had to uninstall and remove FormBuilder. Afterwards, I reinstalled both modules and dropped the data back in to the MySQL database. FormBuilder still does not let me have the 2 form dispositions (send email and store in database), but at least I got FormBuilder to work again...
