[Solved] Module Manager 1.6.6 Tabs not working.

For some reason my Module Manager tabs stopped showing everything. I do have 24MB assigned to php.
Any ideas on how to fix it. System verification shows everything is fine.
I had uninstalled nuSoap not realizing it was needed, but when I went to put it back, I had version 1.0 installed, which didn't meet module managers requirements. I downloaded the one from the repository, but it too was 1.0, so I copied it over from the main package and was able to get everything working.
Note to self. Don't uninstalled anything from the core package.
