Problem with FrontEnd User Management - Export

Hi all,
I am having problems with FrontEnd User Management!
I need to export the users, but when I do, the spreadsheet is empty even tho I have plenty of users on there!
This is also only doing it on Firefox. IE isn't even showing the tabs to allow customisation of Frontend user management!
Any ideas very welcome!!!
