Support ticket system?

Is there a decent module for a support ticket system where users can submit support requests and then the client can manage them in the backend?
I'm looking at Service Desk but I'm not entirely sure how to integrate it with the site?

I've also installed TicketSystem - which seems like it might do the job, but I can't find where you edit the actual form? It seems to be set for registering complaints, rather than support and want to get rid of / edit some of the fields and text?
Any help much appreciated

robinmarek,
For service desk probably missing part/description is that you have to prepare a page with the following tag:
{cms_module module=ServiceDesk action=fesubmit}
Visitor should log in, commence to this page (so best is to use custom content in this situation).
Customer enters request/complain and this will be saved in Service Desk. Back end employee(s) notices new incident due to mail or a regular check. Owner of incident opens it and adds notes. Once ready, set the status to closed and you are done. Customer can be informed using the automated mail situation (CMSMailer must be up and running).
Hope this helps,
Duketown

Hello, I installed the module and the template to add an incident running smoothly but the list of incidents can not see anything.
What could be the problem?
Thank you very much
