1.6.6 TinyMCE editor not working...

I have just upgraded to 1.6.6, when I add an article the WYSIWIG editor is not showing any buttons etc. how can I fix this ?
Go to the administration settings and restore the module to default, if that doesn't work uninstall it in the Module area and re-install it.
Now for the obligatory comment: Please, please... search the forum. This has been covered extensively.
