Admin Menu Code?

I want to change the links on the Admin Menu (CMS - Content - Layout - etc.). Where is the file to do this? Thanks.

please be more specific. You want to change just the link text? Or you want to change the target? etc...

Look thru the PHP files in admin, could be a lot of fun...
