[solved] Preview does not show sidebar (and other problems)

Hello everyone.
I've got some problems with my CMSMS :-\
First: I'm using a Template with two columns for the content (CSSMenu top + 2 columns). But the Preview (when editing content) does only show the content of the main column while the sidebar is always shown as empty.
Personally it wouldn't bother me, but the main content editor of this project says, that she can't work without a proper preview.
Any idea how to get this working? The sidebar is shown perfectly in the real website, just in the preview it's always empty...
Second: When editing a page, I'd like to have TinyMCE enabled by default. Actually I have configured it so that it should be enabled by default (using the 'Startup enabled' option in the tinyMCE configuration page) but this doesn't work (this means that TinyMCE is always disabled at the beginning, even if the configuration says the opposite). It's no drama since it can be activated manually using the 'enable/disable WYSIWYG' checkbox but I'd like to have it working properly anyway.
Interesting thing: If the 'Startup enabled' option is activated, the 'Enable/disable WYSIWYG' checkbox is enabled too, even though in fact WYSIWYG is NOT activated at this point. So unchecking this checkbox has then actually the function of enabling WYSIWYG (while it should do the contrary of course).
Maybe I can get some help for this issue too, even it it isn't that important...
Thrid: This one is a bit more irritating again. It concerns again TinyMCE. When editing a page with a lot of content, the content of course exceeds (vertically) the TinyMCE editor-box. Usually there should of course appear a vertical scrollbar then, but unfortunately this does not happen. So the editor can't edit the whole content since the parts closer to the bottom are exceeding the size of the box and therefore invisible and one can't scroll down since the scrollbar is missing.
Strangely enough this only shows up on the computer of the main editor of the page. For me it works correctly (= I got the scrollbar).
By the way: I'm running a 'standard' Apache/2.2.11 server with PHP 5.2.10 and MySQL 5.0.81
I'm really thankful for any help that you can provide me!
