Change from MLE 1.6.3 to CMSms 1.6.5

Hi,
I've encountered one big problem at the final production phase of a site that should have been launched a week agoa. This problem leads me to the conclusion that I have to switch to the regular CMSms installation.
Problem:
I've used MLE 1.6.3, with Products, Orders, FEU and a bunch of other plug-ins. The orders module has an obvious bug, when I'm not logged in as admin and I'm calling the checkout page, it redirects me to the admin login. Not solved:
I can't update the modules, because they require a newer CMSms version, which is not available yet. I read about the 1.6.6 hack, but you can imagine that I dont want to try it yet. (I tried to modify the requirements before the installation, the installation worked, but it didn't solved the problem).
The only solution I see here is to "downgrade" the MLE to a regular newer Version. Has anybody an idea how to do this, or how to solve the problem mentioned above?
