Internal server error bij upgrade 1.6.4. naar 1.6.6 [opgelost]

Hallo,
De nieuwe release op de server gezet, Install directory op 0777 gezet, zo ook config.php en start vervolgens www.uisge-beatha.eu/install/upgrade.php en krijg deze melding
