thanks for your feedback. my personal challange was to build a leftsided website because they are so rare
centering websites is to easy imho

They're rare now because the majority of folks (at least here in the U.S.) are using wide screen monitors.  Left aligned web pages were fine when everyone was using 640x480 and 800x600 resolutions.  View the site on a honking huge monitor or at a large resolution such as 1600x1200 and you won't like it very much and neither will anyone else who happens upon it.  There really *is* no reason not to center the layout.
