upload-filesection of cmsms

I am trying to translate File manager right now. I am not sure, what the meaning of "upload-filesection of cmsms" is. I suppose it is default directory of File manager, but I am not sure. Please help me, if you can. I don't want to mystify Czech users.

cant even find this term on file-manager "upload-filesection of cmsms"
but I bet it means something like "this is the area for uploading files into cmsms"
