Tested FF and IE, w default zoom. Not there.

I agree - it appears to be missing on FF 3.5.3 (WinXP).  Zoom level makes no difference.  The CMSMS logo image also appears "cut off" on the right side.  Screenshot below.

EDIT - interesting that the page appears as intended in IE6.  Screenshot below.  IE finally does something right!

It does appear very briefly when not loading from browser cache, but then dissapears. It is probably hiding behind something. I think that if you go to special pages>search you can search there.
