display parent page name with {title} tag

Hi
I have a list of sub pages contained within main pages.
On each of the main pages there are a list, linking to the sub pages. At the tops of these lists, I've used the {title} tag to display which page the user is on.
I wish this title to show the parent page name - is it possible to have {title start="1"} or something?
Eg, rather than display "terms", "delivery", or "returns" I wish the title tag to say "Information" on each of these pages, as that is the main page for these sub pages.
Please help! I can't get it to work without hard coding it.
