Suggestions for feedback module

Hi there I have suggestions for Feedback form.
Field name and field var should be in different fields, because when I'm filling following letters ąčęėįšųūž vars crash up and form does not show. so I can not use lithuanian symbols in form.
Also maybe it would be usefull to implement wysiwyg editor or availability to attach hand made template a.k.a external file. coz In some pages I have form with pictures implemented. exact location of example form: http://www.diamonds.lt/index.php?lang=e ... g=diamonds. and at this time this kind of forms can not be implemented.
