Hi,

I'm new to CMSMS and just waiting for my provider to upgrade my account with accessible PHP + MySQL. So my question: Is it possible to customize the stylesheets and default template without installing CMSMS on a server? Otherwise I have to wait until my provider let me install CMSMS.

I suggest you a local webserver like uniform server which can be installed and started from usb stick or so other medias.

Stylesheets and templates are stored in database so changes without php/mysql will be a little bit (too) difficult.
