Fixed wrapper size problem

Hello,
Im new here, trying to understand this nice cms. Until now everything is going well, and i love cmsms.
I started to build my first homepage today, a swedish page for a friend, she is working with interiordesign. And im chocked how the process is going so fast forward.
But im still a newbie in coding, so i have a little problem now. My page "wrapper" is changing size after the size of the text in every link. So when i click on every link the length of the page is changing. And i really want the wrapper to have fixed size.
The only page with the right size is this: http://www.nyansrumevent.se/index.php?page=om-foeretaget
Now if u click around u will see what i mean, i want full size always so i can see my background image.
I hope that u understand what i mean, i now its a simple problem, but hard for me to solve.
